one cartmanager account to one ebay account?
 

I'm using the cartmanager's 14 day trial. I have some questions:

1. Do I need to setup three different acounts to integrate three feeBay accounts. The invoice title has the name of our business, and if I use one cartmanager account to integrate 3 ebay accounts, it would be exposed to feebay?
If so, I have to pay triple monthly fee to cartmanager and so on?

2. The shipping fee and optional insurance fee come up 'PROMPT' in cartmanager checkout in one fixed price, customers complaint we force them to buy insurance and refuse to pay, but it's not our problem. We asked the support team, but they never answer the question. I use auctiva to list, insurance always optional. What's wrong?
