Got limited, don't know why

Hey, I have been limited in the past, a few months ago got a new account on legit information and now it's been limited. The reason is that at least one information links it with some other PayPal account.

So, I've been thinking about it and the only thing that could somehow connect them is the card numer, I mean it's a different card but the number is the same. Could it be the reason?

You probably had something that linked you together, you used same IP?

Are you selling the exact same things as the other limited account? Risky items?

I think I found out what it was and actually might get it fixed, thanks for reply your reply though.
