 ssn drivers license family shut down questions
suspension notice i got once logged in to paypal:

Any bank or credit card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money. Any money in your balance will be held for 180 days, at which point we’ll send you an email with instructions about transferring your money.
Is it permanent?
This is SSN and drivers license verified account. This account, my main old account and my brothers account all got limited. They gave mine back already. Going to call about this one tomorrow.
Details: We are all family. I often send money to my brother from each of my accounts because both ebays are down to where I can not buy. So he purchases things. It's never been more than 150 but this time it was almost 300. Been doing this for a year now with matching addresses and linkage and such. I suppose I should probably say he's buying stuff for himself rather than me. My brother has never sold on his account. Though I guess I should make sure thats the case that he didnt try recently. He knew he wasn't supposed to and that i would sell anything needed selling.
