I'm from Kazakhstan :) Yep Borat and etc. :deadhorse:

The same situation, get autoreply from service@intl.paypal.com.
Pretty cool this company is a mess.

They frozen 4300$ (average salary in Kazakhstan is 300$).

I called multiple times, no results, still they are reviewing documents.
How can I refund my customers?
They even disabled Refund button in Control Panel.

PayPal can manually refund the payments if you call them about it

If I had to guess it seems the VCC is what flagged the account. What VCC is it?

My account is on hold due to suspicious activity have been asked by paypal to recieve a phone call with security code to send back to them.
I am using soho66 to route landline number to my mobile but I am bot getting the paypal call. Everybody else can call the landline and get rerouted to my mobile.
Any ideas if the anybody knows what the problem might be I would appreciate any information
