What are my options to withdraw funds after 180 days?

Hi there, after submitting the docs paypal requested they closed my account with an email saying that my appeal is denied, i messaged them several times but got the same answer that the decision is final, i've about 1K inside.

Problem now is i'm not a US citizen, and it's a stealth US account. How do i withdraw the funds to a US bank account or any other way to take the funds out after 180 days?

Unfortunately there is no solution to your situation - at least not one you can use.
The ONLY way to get those funds is to withdraw them to a US based bank account.... that's the long and short of it.
Theres the option to get a check but since this is a stealth account and you dont have access to the address in question or a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ID to cash the check even if you could get it that's not an option either.

Isit possible to add a friend's bank account that is US based after the 180 days and withdraw it? Does the names have to match?

If you have a friend with a bank account with a suitable bank then that can work, but your friend may have tax implications if they let you use their bank account for a withdrawal
