IF u want the checked mailed now, u must provide a credit card on file now that matches the address on paypal.

I have just had withdrawn from an account thats 180 days, can i remove the bank account after the withdrawal has proccessed?

I have 7,000 in a Paypal account that has been limited for 180 days, I got the "Funds Available to withdraw email" when I tried to withdraw it was reversed, reason : account locked? Now I can not withdraw, I have emailed them a dozen times and have only got auto replies saying to call them. I am concerned that if I call them, I do not remember the stealth DOB, and I can not provide any photo ID. I have been told to call them, but does anyone have an ID what they will ask me for? I want to be prepared.
