My stealth pp account have been limited for no reason
Im not selling anything , I just use my pp to buying stuff online.

Can I call paypal to deny the ssn number and tell them im just a buyer not a seller!

I have no experience with pp limitations for buying, but I have called them before for a selling limitation and told them I am not comfortable providing my SSN but would be willing to provide the other documents requested. The rep removed the request for SSN. You won't always get a PP rep willing to cooperate.

As one of the options, replace the US PayPal account with another country where you can bind the US bank account. You will have the option of withdrawing money to your bank account and there will be no additional checks from PayPal.

I am very surprised that they have limitations for buying stuff. Did you start a lot of return requests and the seller called PP?

Hello everyone I really need help here. My account had been suspended for the 180 days and I wanted to withdraw the money but it's not allowing me to withdraw it says there there an issue in your account please contact us. I don't want to raise a RED flag how can I withdraw my money??? It's also asking for ID which I already did the 180 days ago. Is there a way on how I can get my money from these thieves? PLEASE HELP

there is a list of countries which Paypal does business and it will tell you ,it is on Paypal site.
