How to bypass "We can’t send your payment right now."?
 

Hello, I have just created one stealth account and linked VCC and VBA.
I am planning to pay money but keep getting error, anyone have idea to bypass this error?

Its a brand new account and paypal has ZERO trust in it and in you.
Youll need to wait and start very very slow.
try to get a few small payments in first and then try to send small payments out.
Dont expect to be able to send large amounts for several months at the least.

Please try with mobile app, or call paypal representative and ask them to refresh your account when they refresh your account your account will be fine within 24 hours

What do you say to paypal representative? Just say, hey, can you please refresh my account?

Hmmm? Actually asking the PP rep to "Can you please refresh my account?" just might work. Worth a shot. if anything it will be interesting to see what they have to say.

Your inability to send funds just means is account has no trust, yet.

What do you means guys by small payments? like 40-50$ maximum ?Or 10$ maximum in brand new account?

If you are asking about how much you should be receiving, there's no black or white answer. depending on what you do and sell, the $ number varies.
And that's not all, it's really about the behaviour of a seller that gets people in trouble.

IE: If I were a newbie, would I be going around selling $1000 items? Most likely not.

But would a housewife sell used items from around the house for their first time and perhaps in the future they'd be inspired to become more serious and get more income in while in the mean time their account ages? Yes.
