1. Use dedicated IP, dedicated browser, maintain cookies

2. Use a dedicated phone number that you have access to for the life of the account. Changing phone number will result to error saying "this number is not recognized".

3. Tracking number helps establish trust. Paypal hates virtual items, send your buyers an envelope with tracking if you have to. This will help release money quicker.

4. Start slow, sell $10-20 range items. Total sales should not exceed $500/mo for the next
3mo

5. If you have a supplier that you must send payment to, you must create a history with them in order for you to be able to send BIG payments. Preferably send them a few $5-10 transactions within 3 days in between.

6. Holds, if you don't like holds then don't use Paypal. Enough said.

7. Don't put your egg in one basket, spread sales.

8. Whenever you get the chance to withdraw your money, DO IT.

9. If you hate Paypal, then start using CRYPTOS. NO holds, no limitations enough said.

Sent a pm , hope you can clarify some things for me.

So did I get lucky when I was in the 300 range? I received a few small amounts in that range and didn't get hit with anything until I was at 1k(I think)?

Your account was probably already under watch with $300 payments then it was finally hit with whatever you got when you went up to $1k

Instead of doing the whole working you're way up thing you couldnt you do something like keep them around 300-400? Receive 100-200 in small amounts keeping it at 400? I feel like,I answered my own question.
But that's alittle too much.

If I am selling on ebay, how can I reduce the sales then? So it would not exceed the certain amount (like 500$ here).

And can I use my sister's bank account on my new paypal account? Can paypal see the name of the cardholder/owner of the bank account?

You control your QTY of listings on eBay, as otherwise your ebay will be prone to suspension.

Yes even if you sell items that are $5... if you sell 100 of them a day on a brand new account you will get suspended.

Yes you can use *most* legit bank accounts for withdrawal

This is definitely a learning experience for newbies. I've had a few accounts get suspended as I was learning.

No they are not, but I wouldn't expect you to know better since your one of these 'Account sellers' who suddenly appeared out of NOWHERE with a 4 year old account with about 30 posts. Then in 3 months you build up 400 posts just so you can use it to sell. Hmmmmmm:spy:

so what are we suppose to do if we want to sell cheap items that are only a dollar? we would loose cash if we added tracking .

That's a very counter productive advice. Everyone is different and we all need help from time to time.

You can't just say "be better" to someone. If you really want to help, give better advice... have a discussion etc.

So i should sell slow with the range of $10-20.What a great a point. I was selling with the

range of 700$.I think its the main reason why i lost my account every month

Very few exchanges allows you to trade for Paypal funds without ID verification. Those that does will only allow very small amounts to be exchanged at the cost of a huge fee.

I'd ignore the last two points of this post if I were you, as they serve no relevance to the actual topic. Empire is a huge crypto shill from what I've been reading from his posts.

I recently purchased a stealth eBay account with a PP account. My concern right now is whether or not PP will ask for a SSN. If they do ask, will I be able to use a EIN? Thanks in advance

Most of the time yes, you can do so.

Just talk to the seller to get more clarity. I don't see any issues, because eventually you'll have to upgrade your account to business anyways

My last two stealth accounts got limited for "significant changes" both accouns had less than $300 one of them had bank account attached. the only thing i can think of on the latest limited account was i was sending payment to the same supplier for $53 and $63 I do have a backup stealth account. I like to know what causes this limitation. I was selling not selling any high risk items and sales were under $30 to $10. I have been doing stealth ebay/paypal for last 4 years and this is the first time i had my paypals limited back to back

I've seen two people say "withdraw funds from PP."
One (not Empire) said do it daily.

But then others have said to always keep 15% of the PP funds in the PP account (to build trust with PP I guess).

Which is right?

P.S. I have sold an item on Eby to an Eby buyer and was paid with Bitcoin. It was glorious. For the first time, didn't have to go through PP. Payment was sent and received within minutes, all through the Eby message box. Can't wait till PP is in the ash heap. Might have even bypassed Eby (it was a few months ago, I don't remember whether there was a sale on Eby), because it started with the buyer messaging me.

Is your philosophy based a percentage of available funds or is it always $50 to $100?

You can withdraw daily, that's fine. But its a good idea to have it a consistent amount. Nothing out of the blue basically.

How much you leave depends on your business model. If you don't get a lot of chargebacks, leaving $50 to $100 will be fine, its just to cover ebay fees and potential chargeback.

Unless you have a bunch of chargebacks and refunds, like A LOT of the people on here do, then I would leave some funds in there.
