Withdrawing money from limited PP [help]

So yeah i am intrested how would one go about withdrawing money from PP that's been limited 180 days+. Can withdraw to IBAN or Visa.

I don't know how it's done, i'd really appreciate the help

I think you can withdraw to US bank accont only. The possibility to withdraw to credit cards is for some other countries paypal accounts only.

I don't know why the US flag, it's PP EU, so can't do US bank acc, but either IBAN or Visa. Still need help

So add your own bank account and withdraw the money to it.

or add a credit card, that has the same address as the paypal's account
