PayPal Limited Stealth Account on First Transaction

I bought a Stealth PayPal. I believe created July 19th. I added a bank account so it to become verified. I listed 3 items on eBay. A cheap book, a cheap PS Vita game, and a high dollar game. The high dollar game sold first around $200. My account was immediately limited. They are asking for

1. Photo ID
2. Copy of a bill
3. Invoice
4. Proof of shipping

Do I have to provide all 4? How can I get around the ID and Bill? Any help.

You started out with 2 high-risk and 1 medium-risk item(s). Getting a $200 payment for a risky item as your first transaction is what triggered this request. It's more important than a lot of people think to build up a low-risk transaction history before selling stuff like this.

There's no way around their request. To get this account back you have to give them all 4 things they're asking for.

In the future, never add a real bank account to a Paypal you just bought. At least wait until you're ready to withdraw for the first time. You just burned that bank account for no reason. :(
