PayPal Reversed Transaction when they limited my account and other party sent me to collections. The transaction occured on June 15, 2011. I will not pay as they added extra $50 chargeback fee and collection aency also added a fee.

Notice how they accuse me of fraud.

Paypal has notified us that they have reversed the payment for your n order as a fraudulent transaction.

Please contact us within 5 business days to resolve this issue otherwise we'll have to send this to collections and contest the reversal.

And here is the specific language on chargebacks:

All chargeback attempts on a credit card you have utilized for our services will be sent to collections with a $50 dollar fee. A chargeback is when you contact your financial institution or bank with the intent of canceling a service without first contacting us. Per your cardholder agreement with your credit card company, you are to dispute charges with the merchant first.

June 2011 has not happened yet.

Are you saying you just got a reversal from June of 2010 and have been threathened with collections? what's the total of money? Story is not clear to me

They reversed it after few weeks. They made it look like I did it when in fact paypal started the dispute. But of course the other party trust paypal so its lost cause seeing that they not getting paid due to them accusing another innocent party.

I dont understand what happened. Is this what happened:
payment paid.
then reversed by paypal for unstated reasons?

Now months later a claim is being made against you with the threat of going to collections if you do nothing.

Tell me what happened, what account it is real/stealth? Who sent the notice?

June 15 purchased something
June 16 pp account limited and pp disputes payment
June 30 Payment reversed
October got first letter from collection agency

So what I can only ascertain from this is that the payment was reversed. I am guessing that you withdrew the cash and made the account negative?

Or how did the account become negative?

Does not make much sense.

The account had over $700 in it more than 2-3 times what this transaction was for. I even got the money out of this account after waiting 6 months. I offered the orginial amount but the ca wants more.
