Default how to withdraw from paypal after 180 days

got email says -- fund available to withdraw.

but in the limitation page --- adding a bank is one of the things are excluded.. so cannot add the bank no matter what.. called paypal -- the person says he cannot pass the security step.. so no bank can be added..

sending a check is not an option..

Sadly this is what happens when you don't add a bank account before the limitation happens.

Try calling in a few more times. From my experience different customer service reps will tell you different things. Call again and try to add an account manually with them on the phone.

Spot on this.

I used to just let the account expire and have the funds sit there, but my past 3 accounts i was persistent in speaking to the CSR (who isn't knowledgeable enough to help you) and then they transfer you over to a person in charge of limitations and they are the ones that enable you to add an account.

So, definitely do NOT give your funds to PP - but call in and say you want to add a bank account and the site isn't letting you. Be polite, but persistent.

Try adding the bank acct using their automated IVR (voice response) system. After you call them, just say something like "Add bank account" then get ready to enter the routing and account numbers. Just make absolutely sure you get it right before you confirm it. Also MAKE SURE you are using a NEW bank account that has NEVER been used with any PP before!

I had the same problem as you with my limited PayPal's in the past, would not allow me to add a bank after being limited using their online portal. Was able to do it over the phone. If the IVR doesn't work, they speak with another rep who may be able to do it for you.

You can add your debit or credit card to withdraw your money US PayPal has that option but I think not all accounts when you transfer your money it will take less then 30 minutes to appear on your bank account, you have to call in multiple times till you find someone who can help you to add your bank address

It's my understanding that the ability to withdrawal to debit card option works only for a select number of customers/banks. PayPal is in the process of phasing this in, but the majority of PayPal's have yet to see the "get your money faster" option.

Not sure you will have the option to add a card post limitation, just bank accounts allowed now.

No I've done it before with my limited PayPal account I just called in and the lady on the phone allowed me to add my debit card she even lifted the withdrawing limit it all depends with the person you talk to some act like they don't know what they're doing and some tells you there's no way to take your money out you just have to try multiple times

Also make sure the debit or whatever you want to try to add you have never use it with your previous PayPal accounts because there system won't allow you to add more than one

I have had this trouble as recently I had some funds eligible for withdrawal on several paypal accounts. What I did was add a prepaid card with my shipping address(one I have access to) as the billing address, enter whatever address you want the check to be mailed to as the billing address for the card. Go to wallet and add it, it may give you an error saying they can not process it at this time, some sort of error.

Just keep entering it and resubmitting it, keep clicking the button over and over again until it says complete and confirms the card added. IT WORKS, just have to be patient and reclick.

IMPORTANT! When you make the billing address in the Address line section, you can enter PAY TO THE ORDER OF and then your name, or ATT and your name.

That way even though the check that is mailed to you will have the stealth name on the check it will have your name on it as well. I have cashed MANY checks this way at the ATM with no problems. Trick is just to have your name in the billing address some where.

Once you have added your prepaid card to your wallet, go ahead and request a withdrawal by check. It should allow you to choose the shipping address which would be the billing address you just added with the new prepaid card.

and there you go. In a few days or weeks you will get a check in the mail to the address you chose with your name on the check, sign it and deposit it into your bank account by way of ATM.

Hope that helps!
