Newbie needing help about PayPal

Ok,so I'm totally new to this website, so I'll try and explain as best as I can,
I got booted from PayPal 3years ago,I never did anything wrong but they related me to my partner who owed them money. I have recently moved house and thought it was a good time to open up another PayPal account,it was open maybe 3 days,and I had a message saying they needed to check my info,(I was selling items on depop) ,long story short they told me I was banned and they did ask the question " have I had a PayPal before" so now I'm with no Paypal & it sucks as I made a little extra from depop,so can someone help me buy a cheap stealth account and give me as much info as possible about how to not be traced,thanks ❤️

Hello, welcome to the forums. I recommend you to read the Stealth Book, learn how to create and manage stealth paypals. Then you could also look in the forums marketplace, lots of people selling in there.
