Instant paypal limitation

Has anybody found a solution for the automatic limitation that hits accounts straight after the first payment (In my case ebay sales).


I tested this for accounts aged 50 days. For as small amount as $2 to $120, I used different countries,but Regardless of the amount received and the country, PayPal immediately limits the accounts.


This is a recent problem. I am just using the exact same method I have been using for ages with PayPal without any problem.
