PayPal asking for VCC Card Statement

Hi Everyone,

PayPal got limited, I provided all the documents they asked for and they said it looks good, they just want a card statement for a VCC i purchased from makavi94 here on the forums,

This PayPal account is not stealth, its using real info

I did some research and the card is with VPBank in Vietnam, not sure how i can get a bank statement since the PayPal account is in the US, i did contact makavi94 about this.

what should i do?

There are bad BINs coming from Vietnam VCCs. Mind sharing you BIN here so we can all avoid using it?
