If its been SEVERAL years since limited, can i open a new one with real information?

Say you havent opened an ebay/paypal account with your complete legit information for around 2 years now. Is it cool to open a new one with my legit person info?

I dont want to sell anymore, i just dying to buy stuff on ebay again..

Why would you need to include your Social if it's just for buying? You don't have too. You can't use the same checking account, use a new bank account and new Debit/CC as well.

I would not advise using the same exact bank account number on PP. Just go to your bank and open another sub-account (2nd checking or savings account)

It may be more advisable not to even open a PP account in your situation. You may want to play it safe for a while and use "Guest Checkout"

2 years is not a long time, what was the reason you were booted before? If it had anything to do with fraud or not paying fees, your better option would be to go Stealth.

I forgot to add, would my home shipping address be another issue? I was limited using my home address and this is the only address I have. Opening a PO box is an option but its quite expensive here in san francisco.

Same goes with my IP address. I am using the same internet service provider.
