It depends on what degree your account has been limited to. Usually on a fully limited account you can't add a new bank or card. This is probably an exercise in futility if your account is perma limited.

Edit: Is the first part of your name drug related? Not asking about the numbers. | Well, I've been able to add banks no problem, but I have so many limited PP from 6 months ago it would be a huge relief to not open so many bank accounts and use the check method.
Not sure what you mean by part of my name drug related? The accounts are permabanned but I've been able to add bank accounts. Theres no drug related things I can think of
edit- ok I see youre referring to iceman lol, its the iceman (vil kilmer) from top gun no drug related

I was talking about your forum username, lol. I'm glad to hear you aren't involved with that one type of "ice".
Vanilla cards now show up as "prepaid" cards in your PP wallet after you add them, so I'm not sure that will be a viable option. I think in this case it would honestly be easier to open several temporary accounts at a bank, withdraw your funds, then close the bank accounts. At least that's something you know you'll be able to do since you haven't had problems adding new bank accounts to your limited accounts.
I think there's a higher chance of you running into problems by taking several different checks to a bank, all with seemingly random information printed on them. I know you wouldn't try to cash them all the same day but you could still run into problems by repeating this process over and over.
This is all speculative, with the exception of that note I made about Vanilla cards.

Haha. I can't tell if this is jokey banter or if you guys hate each other.
iframe's are a security risk and they aren't allowed on any forum that I know of.
@OP - just go to Wells Fargo or BoA or another big bank with a feature-rich online banking site. Use one of the banks that will allow you to open new accounts online.
-request new checking account
-get new checking account
-link new checking account to one of your limited Paypals
-withdraw funds
-close checking account
-wait a couple weeks then repeat the process until you have them all emptied out
It would be suspicious banking activity and you run the risk of the bank closing your accounts eventually, IMO. But at least you'd be able to get your money out.

Just so I could keep my banking relations in good standing, by not opening and closing 10 accounts or whatever. Evaluate how much money I stand to make with this bank, long-term, versus how much I'm missing out on in the PP account.
There's no way I'd risk an account closure for a couple hundred bucks in PP... unless I just desperately needed the money.
Everyone's situation will be different, though, for sure.

I could easily transfer out to banks but checks to a business account may have been a better solution than opening bank accounts. its not that far fetched of a concept. good banter, ttyl.
