Problem with withdrawling after 180 dats

Hi,

I have around £10,000 in banned paypals which I obviously want to get back. All the paypals have a VCC linked to it, no bank account.
A few accounts already received the email stating money can be withdrawled. However, when I try to link a legit bank account to it, it gives me an error. I have tried calling them and they ask me to upload docs, which I did. But for some reason they keep asking them over and over. As for experience these customer service people are complete retards. After mulitple calls per account, I'm still not coming anywhere. Anyone knows what's best to do in my situation?

Same problem with documents for me, so I have filled complaint to gaypal on financial institutions and now waiting for news
