Stealth Ppal and FACTA or CRS

Does someone was wondering how Facta or CRS will deal with sealth ppal accounts? How national tax office will treat mixed details of owner of ppal account and bank account ?

I think you do not understand me correctly,according to CRS (europe) FACTA (usa) rules evry bank and every banking financial instytution has to send info about their clients to national tax office .Twice a year national tax offices exchange these details between them.As paypal is bank in Luxemburg and keeps there all info about ppal accounts they must send all your ⊗⊗⊗⊗ paypal data (personal details) with your real bank account details to your national tax office. And according to law it is not allowed to use someone personal details which in this case it is clear you use it.
