I guess PayPal didn't like me forcing my purchase so I got limited.
They're asking for every document under the sun.
Photo Id
Address proof
Invoices
Shipping proof
SSN
And several other things.
My question is I've provided my shipping details and proof of address from a utility bill, along with shipping details. Is this ever enough to get the limitation removed? Or does one have to complete their whole list of requests all the time?

I think 🤔 you have to supply all the docs.

You would have to supply everything, but they most likely have no intention of restoring your account even if you do.

phaz is right - many times when a list like this is requested, even if you provide all, PP is known to deny the reinstatement.

They wouldn't let my payment to a legit purchase go through. So I called and they fixed it. Then this numb nuts had already sold the item so they had to refund me and once again I found another item and had to call right back in.
Then boom PayPal limited $2000 balance. I was getting funds out as fast as possible too. So there's $2000 just sitting there for those f**kers.

I told the guy I was in partnership on another acct and said it wasnt fair for him to lose his ebay acct because of my stupidity, and he said just have my partner link his paypal to the ebay acct? I asked wouldnt they limit his paypal then and the rep said nope?? WTF?

Years ago, i upload like 4 things of 6....and after 1 hour my limitation was removed but i was lucky.

Kajunrook has all sorts of problems caused by bad choices like that.
They only want the docs so they have more info that their bots can use to limit you faster in the future if you try to get back on, and they're never going to let you back on no matter what you send.

Should you try to work within stealth guidelines you may have less dramas.
PS, rsot, what if paypal care to not release funds....

You lose however much money you've managed to put into pending payments on your new PP account up to the point where you're linked/limited. True you aren't losing anything in the long run, but there's no point in getting your money locked up for 6 months.

I guess my question is related to this topic. I just want to ask you guys for some advice.
I got PP limited a couple days ago, account was fine. Than my sales jumped over the weekend, I was kind of concern with the # of sales on this stealth account, but decided to let it ride out. I guess PP noticed and got myself limited. Now asking for id, proof of address, tracking, invoices, etc. I can provide everything except id and proof of address for the stealth acct.
So my question is should I try to submit docs, which will prolly be denied. Or just ignore PP wait out the 180 days and hope to withdraw my funds after the 180 days has pass? I'm kind of leaning towards just waiting it out.
If case anyone is wondering I have about $1600 in the PP, I don't need the money right now and can wait the 180 days, but I don't want to lose it either.
Any advice will be useful, thanks.

Update of adding new paypal to high limit account after paypal assured me it would not effect my ebay account.
Day 1 added new paypal and browsed
Day 2 Browsed
Day 3 Listed 10 items
Day 4 browsed
Day 5 Sold two items. Quote:

What (possibly) happens is the new PP is linked to the old PP after a few weeks/months, and then whatever limitation was applied to your old PP will also be applied to your new PP. I've personally done the same thing you're doing now. Lasted two weeks then the account was limited with $1500 inside, which I just recently was able to finally withdraw.
In my case I took in way too much money too quickly on a new PP. I assumed I could let my eBay carry on selling at the same pace, but that was a mistake.
If your pace of selling two items per week is normal for you, then this could last you forever. It's more likely that this will end up catching up to you sooner or later. Good luck either way, old guy with IT son in law.

It's really hard to imagine that somebody who doesn't care about losing 5K at a time can possible have profited 180K last year.
I've known a lot of high margin well off business people, and the only thing that holds true about them across the board is that they're careful with their money.
