Because it's what PayPal do and there's a bunch of monkeys working in PayPal and their system is made BY monkeys!

Have you ever spoken to even their supervisor? I gotta give it to them... 1/2 the time the supervisors are not monkeys, they are baboons... one level above monkeys.

I'm sure the old regulars in this forum understood what I'm saying above.

The minimum requirements to remove the 21 days hold:
1. 90 days from first sale.
2. 25 successful transactions.
3. At least $250 in total sales.
And those are MINIMUM requirements only.
Meaning there are no guarantees the holds will be removed once theyre met.
In addition the holds can be placed back on - at any time for any reason.
A reason such as a new pattern of sales.

I didn't ask any services I just asked if there is a way and I am pretty sure paypal doesnt know their system either how it actually works since they are bunch of retards, but thats only my opinion

And that's your first mistake - treating them as I theyre a bunch of morons.
The fact the customer service reps (the lowest on the paypal chain of command) are not educated as to how their system works is not a reflection on the system itself. It is done so by design to not let YOU the customer know how things work.

I don't know if it's something but i don't get hold on two accounts completely new.

If you go to send&request and choose request from friends or costumers , you will not get any hold on the payment.

I tried with 200-500$ payments and they didn't hold it.
I don't know if all the PayPal accounts have this option but mine from Romania have.

But also your account can get limited if you try with lager payments.

21 days of hold can come if you are selling through ebay !

My friend 21 day hold can come when you sell on eBay or you receive payments as goods and services or when you request payments as goods or services , also depends the country where is your PayPal registered.

And the thing is you cannot "evade the 21 day hold" the only thing is to make good history with PayPal and they will lift up.

F&F works for me too, a new account with few transactions can receive like 500$ without hold. problem is i don't know if there is a hold.
in any case if the hold comes just add a tracking, it will be released after several days, depends with the tracking though.

Many factors come into play including source of buyer's payment...it can be a big factor.

They may be a bunch of 'retards' but they knew enough to see a problem coming down the pike and put holds on your account.

They sound smart enough to me. Everybody thinks that they, one lone, single person, are smarter than an operation with tens of thousands of eCommerce monetary security experts and about a million cumulative years of experience dealing with scammers and liars and cheats and smart-guys. That's why we have a forum, to try to build our own pool of experience and knowledge.

Then that single, lonely 'genius' comes back here starting a thread that says:

HELP!!! 180 day hold on my PP account!!!

Or...

PP wants documents and I don't have any because me account is stealth!!! Help!!!

I can tolerate the 21 day hold which shortens if you ship out quickly with confirmed tracking. However, it seems lately the 21 day hold always leads to PP request for ID, invoice, fulfillment. Since we are stealth how do we get around PP id request after the hold period?
