I was easily sending 300€ to my paypal accounts (brand new pps) it had VCC on it. same for now, 4 digit everything verified but i get 21 day hold on lower transaction than 300€ (my friend was sending it his pp is not verified by 4 digit can it be the problem? he sent from balance btw, his paypal is old)

It's hit or miss, but there's no magic way to avoid it. If the account gets the holds you have to deal with it.

Sometimes you wont get 21 day holds
Most the time you will get the holds

Look, if a place is offering a SERVICE to avoid a 21 day hold and you decide to TAKE it, then please don't come back here crying when you get scammed. Because we already warned you and all of us have told you that it's impossible to avoid it.
even my 10 year old perfect account get a random 21 day hold from time to time.
You just have to accept the fact that it WILL happen and you need to stay consistent with your performance.

I just asked it if there is any way to bypass since that forum made for paypal/ebay stuff, you know prob nothing about my business, I rarely send money since mostly I buy ****s with btc, I have no problem buying new VBA/VCC i can get unlimited number of that stuff without a single problem
