us paypal accounts withdrawal caps inside info
new info feb 2018,
5 of my USA paypal accounts....
1. 11,300 - wont let me add bk until i answer public database info can only get a check.
2. 8,000 - added over the phone from customer rep original phone # verification code sent
3. 8,000 - link online bk account
4. 10,200 - added over the phone from customer rep original phone # verification code sent
5. 5,800 - easy to add bk acct online
from my observation,
if the amount is literally over 10k.......they will only allow you to add a bank account if you can answer public database questions to verify identity. you will have to go to the check route to get the money out. |
