Got PP 2500 limit and cannot add VCC. Need to call them.

I received the 2500 limit to my Stealth PP. I didn't have VCC linked to the account before and now im not able to add VCC to the account . I get error not able to add ... try again later. I have tried 3 different VCC cards now.
I already added Stealth ID and address proof, VCC is the final step to get 2500 limit lifted.

Do I need to call PP to get VCC added?

Ive never needed to call to add a vcc.. which ones did you try? Are they avs cards and dont match your address on paypal?

These are not AVS cards, I have used these card with many other Stealth PayPal with no problem but now it gives error. Can it because of the 2500 limit or what should I do?

have you considered using a card with AVS and see if that works instead?
