eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - PayPal is limited, Please assist

We have a similar situation but worse they say im not who I say I am but I am and wont help me and was treating me like a theif when the paypal and bank account is mine its my money and ive sent my details still they stolen my money and accuse me of being a thief of my own account ? I need help badly thanks

I attached the image and it was not shown on the thread, Well paypal asking for paypal id card and proof of address and stuck on this issue.
