Refund denied after limitation
 
Hello Friends, paypal said I can't refund any payment until after 180days and I needed to refund someone's money. please what can I do?

You can usually phone them and have them manually issue refunds

yeah, I did but the customer support I spoke with said she cannot help.

As rsot mentioned, best to a) call again, speak to someone else, or b) send a message via the message centre.
