Update- still going strong gearing up for the holidays. Got an email this morning saying I have until Jan. 27th to confirm my info. Which is one nice grace period at this time of year!

BUT even if I dont I still will be in good standing. Just cant send my balance to friends or make payments with it.

Maybe Im lucky but I'll assume EIN & ID will work on stealth for the longterm. Or course as long as I dont get a prompt for some other reason. Cant complain.

I think you should just do a bank withdrawal.
It's really the easiest way.

They blocked my spending ability too, but then I never care to spend... lol

my stealth paypal ask me for my id as well and if i dont upload it they will limit my paypal.
can you tell me what did you do with your paypal?
i plan to get a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ photo id and upload it but not sure if it working.

Just got another request today asking for the info which they previously said wont really affect me anyway. Few hours later got a message from a rep saying we noticed a change in volume (obviously its the holidays) and info used to create account may br false. Its stealth... and boom banned 180 days for funds..

I guess the key here is to upload EIN info before the prompt for more info so that they dont have a reason to dig.. then again they do what they want.

I ran into this issue, paypal stealth got limited, needed creative ID work done, after it got edited pp passed it. No more limitations.

I would call but I really dont think based on experience I have a chance.. it clearly says unable to identify or false indentity and the change in business Im not sure how you can even get around that. Someone enlighten me if they have passed that.

You said you got the 180 days limitation already right?
I'd say move on.

About the uploading of docs in the beginning, this is correct.
We haven't talked about this for a while in the forum so yes, it's best to just turn the account to business in the beginning, before they ask for the EIN later.

Because when they ask for it, something in the system changes and it makes it harder for them to accept the EIN.

My note to This topic.
I have had many eBay/PayPal stealth accounts over the last 5 years now. Last week one of my 3 year old PayPal stealth account got the dreaded Identification and photo ID requests. I read this thread and I am very good at doing creative work, so I added mine to see if they would accept it (for the first time ever) which they off course didn’t and they slammed me with the 180 days withholding label..
My husband then gave me his eBay and PayPal which are legit and real, to sell from, and so I could see what and how they checked and what a surprise, they do check passport I’d numbers. When adding his passport to be confirmed, they simply wanted the passport number, not the scanned ID, so they do check the numbers of the Passport ID’s.
So I would recommend making a lot of stealths and NEVER going over the EU limits, because that has worked perfectly for me, and they never asked for anything.
They only asked for it this time, because I have sold over the 1800 EU limitation over the year. So I would not recommend getting creative, maybe it is easier for ppl living outside the EU but here the numbers get checked.
Thankfully I got another stealth and a legit one, and I am going to make more stealth so I will NEVER again go over the crappie EU limit.
I just thought I ad my experience on this matter.

I would do many stealth but it is just a pain finding things to sell and scaling them up.

So true, if one hasn’t found ones niche. I found mine, and having many accounts, make me stay under the eu limits, as well as split testing prices. On eBay you can always check out the already sold items there and see what sells.

they are checking ssn online.
i try uk ⊗⊗⊗⊗ id and its work.
but i am not sure about usa paypal.
your account is already limet so you should try.bec u dnt have other option
