Stealth Photo ID Request Try or Not?
 

Simple Question. I have one option only which is Photo ID Request for stealth. What are my chances if I get creative? From what I recall they check in public databases and if no match they limit you unless Im wrong..

What I find is that if they’ve taken your listings down then I wouldn’t bother sending docs because they’ve made their decision and I doubt they will except them however if they have left your listing up then you maybe in with a chance and you can try although some people on the forum would just say move on and setup a new account but at the end of the day it’s entirely up to you.

I believe OP is asking about a limited paypal - NOT an ebay account.
That's a different type of situation.

they limited you then ask for ID? Then you have nothing to lose.

Other than that, I don't think they'll request an ID nowadays before they limit you

Yeah they request the ID and if you don't submit it within X days they will limit you. I have heard of people successfully "getting creative"

Chances are good if you do fine creative work OP...can never be 100% with PP but lot of ppl have had success

US Stealth.. its been about 4-6 weeks got my final warning a few days ago.. submitting my creative lets see..

Accepted now it goes from either or to must provide ssn��������

So now I get the email for anything SSN related with the Exception of a pay stub which doesnt have ssn at least that ive seen before. Perhaps this is a chance around.

"A copy of your social security card, W-2 or pay stub. If you don't have access to any of these documents, you can go to your local Social Security Office and request a letter verifying your Social Security number that they will date, sign, and stamp."

I just uploaded mine, usually you can call and the rep will look it over and remove limitation right then....didn't happen this time apparently "an account specialist" has to look at it now....heard rumors they actually have the software now to see if its creative.

update: If your paypal just asks for id and you upload it and within 15 to 20mins your account is not restored then its almost guaranteed its gone.

This is if it asks for id only!

Not suspension yet left it at SSN required.

I'm surprised the ID passed, they definitely check a database so i hope it was a real ID number etc..

My Paypal just got limited (medium limit).

PP is asking for three things:

1. Tracking info (I can provide)
2. Supplier (not sure how to do this.. mostly I dropship from Amazon)
3. Photo ID

I am very good at getting creative, but wasn't sure whether this is legal...I have my own passport and drivers license, but of course my DL is in a different state. Is the ID number is important?

Not in my case.. still going strong btw no emails no issues.
