Paypal limited upload issue
 

So they asked for invoices, picture ID and proof of fulfilment. So I got some documents and the fulfillment issue was a cancelled order. So I typed I did not ship and hit enter (10 different times) and nothing but the circle of death. So I typed up a cancelled order document and attached on tracking and circle of death (5 times). What the heck? I hate to call them, what is the next step, when I email them I get automated reply.

Sounds like a cookie issue. Happens with PayPal pretty often

It's one of their bugs. It's happened when I was doing other things in Paypal as well like transferring money.

Another question, I uploaded 3 different items, two say submitted for review, third says completed. Does that mean the completed one was accepted?

Yes, Kajunrook, the one that says completed was accepted. I was in the same situation a couple of weeks ago. After a few days they still said submitted for review so I contacted PayPal using the IM chat conversation and the agent reinstated my account after just a few minutes. I may have just gotten lucky but it was super easy. I don't always see that contact option there so you may just try at different times until you do. Good luck!

Well I went on chat and was told takes 3-5 business days, so I guess I just sit and wait. Chat told me he couldn't even look at the invoice I submitted.

Either the person on chat is a moron or he is lazy/just doesn't care - he/she can what was submitted if really wanted to...
