paypal account permanently limited need help please

Hey, I'm relatively new stealth seller, Okay so I made a new paypal account with a new address, new name, and a different ip address I also had a new laptop. But today I got a email saying my account has been permanently limited for either fraudulent or stolen information, yes I did use a random persons address but I never did any type of fraud. I have over $1000 in the account and I can't touch it for 180 days. I really don't know what to do, I didn't do any fraud and I got good feedback for all the items I've sold.

You will need to wait 180 days to get your money is basically what you gotta do.

Doesn't sound like theres anything you can do.
And it does sound like your methodology was flawed since you were somehow linked or attracted unnecessary attention and scrutiny that brought this on.
Go over the way you created the account and managed it and figure out what you did wrong and start over - avoiding the same mistakes.

Possibly sold too quickly on a new account OP - or risky items perhaps?
