Okay here's the scoop, I have a stealth account and I cause too much attention to my account because my sales skyrocketed with $1000 in a day and I got slapped with a limited paypal account.

They want a SSN, my ebay and paypal account are on stealth aliases, how do I get around that?

They want invoices from where I got my merchandise, problem is I am drop shipping items. I think I got that one covered

And they want to update my phone number. I used a VNumber to make a number that when they call it that it would transfer it to my cell. And I canceled the subscription to VNumber. Should I just give them my cell number?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You should have planned all this out BEFORE you made the accounts. You should have kept the phone number active until the account died. You KNOW they'll call some day. More than one time, if you live long enough.

For now, some short answers just to get you informed.

To get around the SSN, you have to find out if they offer an alertnative in YOUR CASE. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. If not, and if you didn't plan ahead - you're sorta stuck.

Invoices are never a problem, as you seem to already be aware.

Get another phone forwarder. Don't give them a number direct to you. Not at home, at work, or your cell. It could (probably would for you) come back to haunt you.

If you end up having to ditch this account, DO NOT MAKE A NEW ONE UNTIL YOU *HAVE* THE THINGS IN YOUR HAND. Then, make damn sure you file it and SAVE it. The pipe dream of PP only asking for the info ONE TIME should already be a known fairy tale. They want it every month or so. Again and again and again.

It's not exactly a paypal issue: you have used them without being aware of what to do.
Work thro' the matters as vicvelcro advised. Be prepared for 180 days to go B4 you get your money. Be better organized for the next round.

What should I be aware of what to do next time? I am in the process of building a new account up.

I am going to be saving invoices for next time, getting my phone forwarder subscription so I don't have to worry about it again. Any other tips?

If possible, divide your current high sale volume business into a couple of eb pp accounts.
