You should have planned all this out BEFORE you made the accounts. You should have kept the phone number active until the account died. You KNOW they'll call some day. More than one time, if you live long enough.

For now, some short answers just to get you informed.
To get around the SSN, you have to find out if they offer an alertnative in YOUR CASE. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. If not, and if you didn't plan ahead - you're sorta stuck.
Invoices are never a problem, as you seem to already be aware.
Get another phone forwarder. Don't give them a number direct to you. Not at home, at work, or your cell. It could (probably would for you) come back to haunt you.
If you end up having to ditch this account, DO NOT MAKE A NEW ONE UNTIL YOU *HAVE* THE THINGS IN YOUR HAND. Then, make damn sure you file it and SAVE it. The pipe dream of PP only asking for the info ONE TIME should already be a known fairy tale. They want it every month or so. Again and again and again.
