anyone send invoice with chinese supplier?
 

anyone actually send over there real suppliers email? i highly doubt they call them on the phone..depends on product,i had my supplier send me an invoice,but i wanted to know if i should send it over or if i should make one up?

anyone with experience?

they dont call the supplier ever.

All the invoices I ever supplied were created and looked 100% authentic.

in the invoice he sent me,should i remove the address he provided in china and than send it?

yes, you can blackout partial info (leave a street number but black out a number or two of the address)

Assuming you have a real invoice already, make a copy, mark out some of the details (partial details of account numbers, addresses). Leave stock inventory and price intact, as well as inventory description.

If you don't have any, use Excel (they even have templates, Word does as well) to create one.

If you want to be stealth you need to be a bit creative! :spy:

Depending on what you are selling and how. Chinese invoice tells Ebay 99% of the time that its an ⊗⊗⊗⊗ item or a copy...which are mostly not allowed on Ebay.

I'd have to disagree with the first part- each and every supplier I've given (which of course has been in the US), paypal has called to ask one thing or another or just to verify that the phone number works and that the guy on the other side does have whatever it says he is selling on the invoice. This is where you have to be creative. 5 minutes and your invoice can be completely flawless-

It may just depend on which categories you're listing in as well-

Yes, you can essentially give them a "friend's" name but be sure your "friend" can answer the phone and assume the personality :thumb:

Point of realism: pick up any 10 items in near proximity to you. See where those things are made.

90% of the items within reach of me right this exact moment are made in China. So logic says a seller whose supplier is in China stands a fair chance of having genuine goods.

I've given invoices of goods supplied from China to PP without difficulty. I've even paid my supplier from my Paypal to the supplier's Paypal. In those cases, I have told Paypal to check their own records and to stop bugging me with their silly games.

Why make things complicated? If you have paperwork from your Chinese supplier, that's what paypal want. SUpply it to them:peace:

I suppose chinese suppliers can be portraide as vero suppliers, but thats not all they sell, see vics comment.

And Vic is correct, China supplies about 90% of the things on my desk right now, and they all came from legitimate OEM factories. Therefore; it would be stupid for PayPal to deny, simply based on a Chinese address.

Again, it depends on what are you selling. If I sell designer items, I better not have a China supplier. Even though they are legit ones there too, but I wouldn't push it with PP or ebay.

Lyda, you may be uncomfortable with the idea based on habitual thinking. I'm not saying that as a flame toward you. I luv ya. BUT....

So many designer things DO come from China. Most quality brand name companies have their goods manufactured in China or other countries, even though the company HQ says Idaho or Nebraska or wherever.

As long as you have documentation that you attempted to obtain what you believe to be legal goods obtained by legal means, then you are in a defensible position if a problem comes up and you decide to invest in a fight. Practicality rules here. Choose your battles wisely, of course.

But if you are asked by PP for invoices and proof of inventory, technically an invoice from a Chinese supplier is just as valid as any other invoice.

Common sense and logic says that there's a 90% chance something is f ake if it DOESN'T come from China. That's based purely on numeric statistics. I don't think Marlboros are ever made in China. And I'm pretty sure Shakespeare Ugly Sticks aren't either. So a bit of research would be in order from seller to seller.

Chinese invoices are accepted by PP, though.

Yes, I heard about it. I just thought it was funny how it came up in the thread. I heard they were using crazier chemicals than the real manufacturers do. Cigarettes are already bad, can you imagine what China was putting in them?

Well, if it can do me in before I'm too old to do myself in, maybe they're onto something.
