after 180 days -proof of identity has not been accepted

my PayPal has been limited 1 year ago .. PayPal do not release my funds
I received a message that my funds were eligible for withdrawal after 180 days . But then another came about a problem with my account and I was asked to call the Resolution Centre. After 180 days -My proof of identity has not been accepted - without resolution to my problem
Many times I have been asked to send proofs of ID, utility bills, proofs of address, even Birth Certificate; and whatever you can imagine of. During that whole year I have had plenty of conversations with many agents and every time I have been provided with the same ridiculous answer: “Your proof of identity has not been accepted. Send another.” To send what? I am just one person, holder of one and the same ID papers – original, genuine, valid, government issued ones. All the authorities are accepting these papers, except for PayPal. EVERY GOVERNMENT IN EUROPE ISSUES PASSPORT, ID CARD AND DRIVING LICENCE. AND FOR EVERY PERSON THEY ARE ONE AND THE SAME FOR THE VALIDITY PERIOD. I cannot produce another paper; I cannot go and tell the Government to issue new papers because PayPal is not accepting the previous ones. I have been on the phone for many hours with different agents and sending them verification of who I am. This is ridiculous, insulting, humiliating and brutal violation of human rights and dignity.
this nightmare lasts for 1 year
has anyone had a similar problem and how did you solve it ?

it sounds like you are using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ documents. if you are usng real docs did you try with passport and id or only one of them?

My problem started a year ago when my account has been limited. Okt 2018 I have received a message for funds ready for withdrawal. I attempted to add the new Visa card because my old one has expired. I got a message “There is a problem with the account. Call the Resolution centre”. So I called and I was asked to attach documents proving my identity.
1.National ID card ,
2.Passport
3.proof of address - utility bill
4. even Birth Certificate;

That was the beginning of my nightmare never-ending story with PayPal. I had a lot of communications PayPal customer support but nothing happen! And for all this time I've been humiliate to added too many and different kinds documents
I called again .....So again and again the agents kept me bullied and asked again and again for government issued ID papers. “Your proof of identity has not been accepted. Send another.”

I am simply seeking a fair resolution. And instead of cooperation they forced me to supply PayPal with plenty of very private information! In the end they still refuse to give me my money back!
I feel that holding my entire balance for such a long time is excessive, unnecessary abuse of power and perhaps even contrary to the laws.
Oct 2019 I was again refused to have access to my own money.

I understand PayPal’s need for holding funds for chargeback purposes, however a review of my account history is pure - No abused , no cases .

my cousin's account, the documents too. I just use it.
I want to say that the documents are completely genuine.

The same here, I have provided them with all the docs needed ... at the end of the day they limited my account permanently!
