What help do you need? You have to wait 180 days on the account - no choice - too risky to call up PP and ask for fund release....unlikely to work.

LOL you will have to wait for 180 days, how much? You can search for someone to "manufacture" and ID, but what items are you selling, if they are copyrighted or trademarked and not real you will be wasting your time.

180 days is to protect Paypal from any chargebacks,although overseas chargebacks can come after 180 days.
