If they intended to nuke you right away, it wouldn't be getting passed upward.
What they are probably concerned with is the drop-shipping. It's a risky thing, in their eyes. They see it as - you selling items you don't have direct control over, which is one extra level of complexity and increases the likelihood that something can go wrong with the order. If the tracking checks out fine, you may be ok. If they've got statistics on your supplier that show a series of problems for others in the past, they'll tell you to stop using that supplier and you may be fine.
