How much to leave in account?

My legit eBay/PayPal account was temporarily limited due to a big spike in sales. I submitted all documents requested (descriptions, I.D, business EIN, Invoices etc.) gave them a call and they lifted the limitations. Now I have about 1/4 of my sales funds available for withdrawal and 3/4 on hold pending delivery.

My question is, is there a rule of thumb when it comes to withdrawing money after a limitation gets lifted? How much in available funds should I leave in Paypal? I have to pay suppliers but I also don't want to have any further problems taking money out. My only concern is that they have a problem with my drop shipping model (I fulfill myself, but large orders are dropshipped from China).

Withdraw EVERYTHING YOU CAN AS SOON AS YOU CAN.

In November PayPal started stealing funds from limited accounts. People have losts upwards of 300k USD. They call it "Acceptable Use Policy Fees". 2,500 USD PER VIOLATION. (and violations are so loose they can take anyones money if they want.)

I make a habit of withdrawing from all my active stealth accounts once a week, regardless of the balance.

I leave less than $5 in the accounts when I withdraw, but I do not like to withdraw to $0.00

I aim to keep 3-4x average sale in pp at all times to keep the platform "purring happily"....just an anecdote

keep 10% in there. I was a former lawyer at Ebay in London so I did get a little exposure to this.

Of course you were.

Every year millions of law students graduate, and a lot of them pass the bar exam in their jurisdiction. Not all of them remain lawyers for the rest of their lives. Most of them do paper-work, and very few are actually trial lawyers.
So, if you do the mathematics, you'll see that some lawyers become "former-lawyers". And eventually, one will end up here. That's me

Nah, been here too long to believe anyone who drops in a claim like that given they took nearly a year to share that info. Indeed, it make me wonder why you'd bother.

Lets look at your first post.

Sorry, if I'm wrong but I'm satisfied you're not legally qualified, nor have you worked in the UK for ebays legal department and I'm simply airing my thoughts as to what your motivation was. Others can decide for themselves.

Feel free to ask me a law related question - I'm even willing to do this live.

I know there are lots of scammers here, but I am not one.
