PayPal limited help
So basically I got scammed on PayPal for £100. I opened a dispute about 2 weeks ago then escalated it to a claim. Because he's a scammer it doesn't seem like he's responding at all to the PayPal case. However, when I woke up this morning I got a message saying that my PayPal account has been limited and I can't continue with PayPal services I can withdraw any money after 180 days etc. Even though they limited my account will I still be able to win the case and get my money back? I paid using my debit card linked to PayPal so if I was to win the case surely the refund would go straight to my card and not my PayPal balance. If the scammer doesn't reply to the case will I still get my money back even though I'm now limited/banned. Any advice is appreciated
