Its is hard to say. I got few days ago a paypal back (after restriction) where i had 40 cases in total over the past year (half of them won half of them closed by me with a refund).
It depens on the amount of items you sell and if you had already a restrition on that account. From my expierience accounts who passed a restriction are less likley to get another one.
Also limitations are not always related to cases. I had many accounts with 0 cases which were limited but i think I passed every single limitatin if there were not many cases |
