how bad are item not recieved cases if i get them and win every time

will my account still be limited? i eventually upload tracking and have never lost a case. had 3 cases in the past month due to delays dealing with the chronavirus should i be concerned

Its is hard to say. I got few days ago a paypal back (after restriction) where i had 40 cases in total over the past year (half of them won half of them closed by me with a refund).

It depens on the amount of items you sell and if you had already a restrition on that account. From my expierience accounts who passed a restriction are less likley to get another one.

Also limitations are not always related to cases. I had many accounts with 0 cases which were limited but i think I passed every single limitatin if there were not many cases
