PayPal suspended instantly because of Opera?

Hello,

I have created a new PayPal account to use for one of my stores, on a fresh virtual machine (VMbox) with unique IP address (LTE usb) using Opera browser.

Then after verifying the phone number and email address i went to settings to upgrade it to business and filled the necessary fields, and got a message instantly that there is a suspicious activity and i should upload an identity document.

I did that and after 12hrs i got the message the account is suspended and can't use it, any funds will remain for 180 days (i got nothing there).

I'm trying to brainstorm what i could have done wrong so i don't do the same with my next account. I'm doubting it may be because of Opera browser!

I didn't use Proxies because there is no proxy provider that have ips in my country and it will look more suspicious, so i used 4g LTE dongle that provides unique IP address.

It didn’t happen exactly because of the browser, it’s not limited for it, especially 180. Maybe it’s the IP case, there are 180 for them, but then the limit would have flown right away as you logged in to your account. The only thing is that you decided to upgrade to a business account, and there for some reason they gave you 180, it’s the information about the company, or something with the documents that you sent

I use opera as my primary browser for my real, long time PayPal account. Never had an issue.
