If you can, register a twitter account in your business name and tweet every few days until you get your account back or at least a good response.
They hate negative publicity - so you're likely to get a response via DM just make sure your replies are public and never allow yourself get coaxed to move the conversation over to DM unless you're submitting private info.

Finally, your tweets could be polite, yet heavy-weight.
Eg. "14-year-old business account banned without reason. Legitimate business and products, satisfied customers, no policy violation. Could this be a mistake? Please investigate. Details in DM."

Lots of folks have had success especially if the suspension is through no fault of theirs.
