eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Paypal Limit

link a credit card and see what happens.
there is no screen shot,most of us have PAYPAL account set up already.
i suggest if you keep running into problem,go to Paypal forum and ask

I dont have a credit card yet in it.. that is not possible for now..

plus, to transfer funds one needs cash account.. right.. and that can only come if their is money in it...
so, can u just do that cent for me..
let me check it..

to open a cash account,you need your social security number,date of birth,physical address.

Posting your paypal email address on a public forum can cause more problems for you than that which you're trying to solve.

if you dont have a cash account,you cant spend the money you transferred from bank to your paypal account,so why even bother to show you the screen?
see if you can open a cash account,you said you haev SSN and address etc.
