Paypal Limited

Hello everybody,
I have a limited Italian Paypal account.
they told me to wait 180 days.
but it's been 3 years !!!
can someone help me?

Have you contacted Paypal,if so,what did they say?
and why is your account limited?

You should have been able to withdraw your funds after 180 days.
Sounds like you need to call them to see why they wont let you withdraw your funds. We need more info here if we're to offer better advice than that.

Because of covid 19 all paypal phone lines are closed now so the only way is to send them a message.

Did you try to add your bank/cc to your account?. You may contact them for more help
