Paypal limited - Submitted All Documents - Why and How Long?

So Paypal just limited my account earlier. I've been selling digital goods for a few months already with no issue.

I'm not sure why, it just says this;

"We noticed some significant changes to your account activity. To understand this better, we will require some information from you."

It also asked me for the following which I submitted. I sell digital goods.

"Upload a photo ID"
"Provide your business information"
"Provide proof of fulfillment"
"Provide purchase receipt from your supplier"

It asked me to verify 2 transaction as well which I explained. They were both sent as Friends & Family.

The first one was my partner and friend who sends me $1000 every month which I explained to them.

The second was someone who sent me money for a Youtube Channel I sold him. I showed them proof of conversation and everything.

They also asked for fulfillment receipts so I showed them my Google Ads and Fiverr Receipts since thats all I purchase.

Anyone have any idea how long this will take? I've never had this issue before. Been using Paypal pretty smooth.

I did have 1 or 2 disputes but both were resolved pretty quickly.

Should I call or anything? Anyway to have this expedited?

No way to get this 'expedited'.
Paypal is not a big fan of the type of operation youre running and they've finally caught on to it.
The ONLY chance you have is to provide them with all the items theyre asking for. If you cannot then start thinking of moving on from it cause you wont be getting it back. Sad but true.

I've already provided all documents and explained clearly everything.

I just received an e-mail stating it could take up to 5 business days to review.

You can spend your waiting time spawning new accounts. You're hardly going to get your previous account reinstated.

You're lucky that you got away with digital items for a few months.

I wouldn't hold your breath and start making new stealth accounts if I were you.

Just got the e-mail just 6 hours after, tested my business debit card I have with them and everything works fine! Just made a quick withdrawal for $400 lol.

For the invoices or whatever, I just sent them screenshots of my Fiverr Orders and Google Ads Statement.

Not sure if that helped.

I didn't mention anything regarding F&F but both transactions they had me verify were both F&F. I don't think the F&F really had to do with anything.

346 million paypal accounts. How many of them are used by eBay customers? Probably 99%+.

Now that Paypal doesn't have a COMPLETE MONOPOLY on payment processing for e-commerce of course they are going to act like a normal company, ask for documents, review documents, unfreeze account.

NOT RANDOMLY AND ARBITRARILY SHUT DOWN YOUR ENTIRE BUSINESS LIKE THE *******S HAVE BEEN DOING FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS.

OP could be limited again,they are using bots to review her account and bots will limit her again if she keeps doing what she is doing.

If i were you i would add another PP account.

Paypal may come back and do another limitation for 180 days.

I had an issue with an PP account and about a week later it was limited for 180 days.

Never trust fu**ing PP!!

You may contact them via message. They normally answer your question within hours
