savings account to withdraw funds

i have a legit paypal with the main bank.
if i create savings account and get a new sort + acc number, can i withdraw with no linkage to any other account under the main banks info?

aka, can they see name/address if i only withdraw?

or will i be safe and sound

Its a seperate account number so no it wont link

^^ That's correct. You may link different PayPal accounts to the same bank, no linkage possible as long as the savings account are different.
