2K in limited verified accounts, can I get it out?

Hi guys, I have 2k spread across 2 stealth accounts that both got limited (they haven't been linked). When they got limited I basically treated them as burned and left them for about 6 months.

I kinda need the money so logged into them today and PayPal are asking for:
- Photo ID (can provide)
- Supplier Invoices (have to make some as I don't have original receipts anyway)
- 6x instances of having to explain "unusual activity" (can make some reason up)

What do you think the chances are of getting the accounts back, should I bother?

Does the withdraw after 180 days rule still exist after I provide the documents to them or are they just going to take the money?

Btw both accounts are Australia.

The 180 days still exists. They can however let you withdraw the funds earlier and send you an email. You can get your money without uploading anything but you have to wait the 180 days.

That's correct...

I hope you have a bank account in it already and you didn't get suspended because
of something like selling replica goods... because they can potentially not refund you.
