I'm studying up PayPal a bit atm. | The first email I received from PayPal was: Quote:
You can no longer use PayPal
After a review, we decided to permanently limit your account as we found potential risk associated with it. You’ll not be able to use PayPal to send and receive money or shop online.
If you have money in your PayPal balance, we’ll hold the money for up to 180 days. After that period, we’ll email you with information on how to access your funds.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
| It took about 2-3 weeks since that email and a couple of emails (and twitter dm) to get them to tell me that it was because a transaction was found to violate the AUP after they conducted a review of my account (and in their words "considering all factors" and that they couldn't tell me anything else due to confidential and proprietary information gathered during the review)
They have until 12/31/2020 for them to respond to my BBB case
