paypal issue
 

Hello,

I couldn't login to my account. It says

---Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you----

I'm using the same PC(device), same windows user, same browser, same cookies.

I didn't remove/add a new phone number, I have only changed my VPN provider.
I didn't use static IP for the previous VPN.

I think Paypal looks for the IP ranges.

I couldn't have a live chat (message us) option for Paypal because it requires login.

I can't create a new dispute/ticket because it requires login too.

I don't know the type of the phone number associated to this Paypal account but I don't have a physical sim card for the phone number.

What's the issue? How can I solve it?

This is the reason you should stop using VPN in accessing the paypal account.
Try calling them that you are having problems logging in to the account. Make sure you have all the details as they will ask that for verification purposes.
